Based on the international MICM diagnostic classification principles, the GoBroad Diagnostic Center has established high-standard Pathology, Morphology, Immunology, Cytogenetics, and Molecular Biology laboratories. Relying on multiple technology platforms such as mass spectrometry, second-generation flow cytometry, NGS high-throughput sequencing, Sanger sequencing, mNGS, etc., it conducts over 1500 testing projects covering various disease areas like hematologic malignancies, solid tumors, Parkinson's disease, and more. It provides patients with clinical testing services covering the entire process from disease diagnosis, prognosis, recurrence, and treatment fields. More importantly, the expert team can also offer integrated diagnostic reports combining advanced clinical diagnostic and treatment experience to facilitate the realization of precision medicine.
Center has introduced advanced equipment such as the Hitachi new automatic biochemical analyzer, Roche electrochemiluminescence fully automatic immunoassay analyzer, Abbott chemiluminescence fully automatic immunoassay analyzer, Bact/Alert 3D fully automatic blood culture instrument, and VITEK 2 compact microbial identification and susceptibility analysis system, currently capable of carrying out over 300 testing projects. Beyond routine clinical laboratory projects, the department has established specialized laboratories related to hematologic disease testing, including the cellular morphology laboratory, flow cytometry laboratory, cytogenetics laboratory, and molecular diagnostics laboratory. These labs conduct a variety of specialized laboratory testing projects such as cellular morphology, cytochemistry, histopathology and immunohistochemistry, flow cytometric immunological analysis, chromosomal and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), genetic analysis (including genes for hematological malignancies, hereditary hematological diseases, genetic susceptibility for hematological diseases, drug metabolism genes, pathogen genes, etc.), pathogen detection, drug concentration, cytokines, and more. These services provide a basis for precise diagnosis and individualized treatment by clinical physicians, thereby improving overall cure rates, reducing side effects, and medical costs.
