The main research directions include autologous and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for hematological malignancies, molecular targeted and immunotherapy, and the combination of autologous and allogeneic transplantation with CAR-T therapy. Has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic leukemia, and malignant lymphoma, completing over 200 cases of allogeneic transplantation and over 50 cases of leukemia and lymphoma CAR-T cell therapy. Participated in more than 20 international and domestic multicenter clinical research projects. Published over 20 papers in Chinese and English as the first author and corresponding author, and co-authored and co-translated 2 books.
