She serves as the Vice President of the Chinese Association of Pathologists and Laboratory Physicians, Vice Chairman of the CSCO Anti-Lymphoma Alliance, a member of the CSCO Smart Healthcare Expert Committee, a standing committee member of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association Hematologic Tumors Committee, and the Deputy Chief Editor of the "Leukemia & Lymphoma" journal. Gao Zifen leads the Pathology Department at the Tiantan Hospital affiliated with Capital Medical University, and she is a distinguished expert at the Beijing HisPath Medical Laboratory's Pathology Center, a distinguished expert at the Clinical Laboratory Center of Capital Medical University. In recent years, she has dedicated herself to the internationalization of hematopathology diagnostic models, actively promoting communication and consensus, guiding the sharing of results from hematologic oncology-related testing technologies, strengthening quality control of technical procedures, and advancing the diagnosis of hematologic malignancies to align with international standards, thereby providing timely and accurate diagnostic reports for clinical use.
